Please leave your room at the day of departure until 10.30 a.m. and give your key to the staff at the reception.

Daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we serve drinks at the hotel bar – in summer, you can also enjoy them on the sun terrace, complete with deck chairs and parasols.

On the ground floor, a beverage refrigerator stocked with refreshing regional drinks is available 24/7.

You are welcome to use our south-facing terrace. Chairs and loungers are provided. The entrance is located between the parking spaces (open with your house key). Please take the cushions from the box.

Three different pillows are available in each room, as well as additional blankets stored in the wardrobe. Shower mats are also provided to prevent slipping.

Should you require a mobile phone charger, we have a selection at reception; you'll likely find one that suits your needs.

To close the safe, please enter a personal code (4 - 6 digits) and press ENTER.

In order to open the safe you have to type in your code and press ENTER.

For CheckOut, please take all your things out of the safe and leave the door open.

You can park your bicycle either in front of the house or behind the house at the bicycle racks, or carry it down a few steps to the bicycle storage room.

In winter, we also kindly ask you to store your skis and ski boots in the basement, and of course, you are welcome to put them on the ski boot dryer. It runs automatically in the morning and evening.

We clean your room daily. If this is not necessary or you prefer not to have it cleaned, please hang the door sign on the outside of your room door.

At the end of each year, we donate the money saved to an environmental protection project, usually in the Allgäu region.

If you leave your towels on the floor, you will automatically receive fresh towels.

On the lower level, you'll find two saunas, relaxation loungers, and showers. In addition to an infrared sauna, you can also use the Finnish sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are provided – all included in the room rate.

Please reserve your sauna time on-site between 3 pm and 8 pm.

You have free WIFI-Access. To connetct to our WIFI, pleas scan the QR-Code which you will find in your room.
